EchoForge ("we", "us", "our") operates the website echoforge.biz and provides digital services including WCAG accessibility audits, market audits, and podcast content production. Our contact email is hello@echoforge.biz.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when using our services:

• 2.1 Email address. Required to deliver your report or sample output, and to communicate with you about your order.
• 2.2 Website URL. Required to perform the audit or analysis you have requested.
• 2.3 Business name (optional). Collected on certain order forms to personalise your report.
• 2.4 Usage data. Standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you visit on echoforge.biz. This data is used solely for security monitoring and service improvement and is not linked to your identity.

We do not collect payment information directly. All payments are processed by third-party platforms (see Section 5).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:

• 3.1 To perform the service you ordered and deliver your report or output to the email address you provided.
• 3.2 To respond to questions or support requests you send us.
• 3.3 To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or abusive use of our services.
• 3.4 To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making. We do not sell your data to any third party.

4. Free Sample Requests

When you submit a free sample request (accessibility, audit, or podcast sample), we collect your email address and website URL. This information is used solely to generate and deliver the sample. We enforce a limit of one free sample per email address per day to prevent abuse. Sample request data is retained for up to 30 days, after which it is deleted.

5. Third-Party Services

• 5.1 Fiverr. Certain paid orders are fulfilled via Fiverr. When you click through to Fiverr to complete a purchase, you are subject to Fiverr's Privacy Policy. EchoForge does not receive or store your payment details.
• 5.2 Google Fonts. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may collect basic request data (IP address, browser) when fonts are served. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• 5.3 Cloudflare Pages. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process basic request metadata for security and performance purposes. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies

EchoForge does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. We do not operate a cookie consent banner because we do not set any non-essential cookies. If your browser stores any session data while visiting this site, it is used only for the technical operation of the page (e.g. form state) and is not transmitted to us.

7. Data Retention

• 7.1 Order data (email, URL, and the delivered report) is retained for 90 days after delivery for quality assurance and dispute resolution, then deleted.
• 7.2 Sample request data is retained for 30 days, then deleted.
• 7.3 Server logs are retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
• 7.4 You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@echoforge.biz.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
• The right to correction of inaccurate data.
• The right to deletion ("right to be forgotten").
• The right to object to or restrict processing.
• The right to data portability.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. 10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
